Improved New Shipping Policy/Rates!

Free Ground Shipping up to $25 (to USA only) on Orders Over $300

In order to offer our members the best rates for shipping we have revised our shipping policy. See shipping chart below. As of June 18, 2009 we have changed our rates. All orders over $100 will be shipped out at cost. We will be using the "flat rate shipping box" & the cost will be $11.50. The exceptions to this will be:

• If your order will not fit in the box you will be charged the actual cost of shipping.
• All liquids over 16 ounces, as well as large orders of glass will be shipped out via UPS, and the shipping charge will be the actual cost. This is to ensure that fragile orders are delivered intact.
• Expedited shipping orders will also be shipped at the actual cost.
• Shipping Rates for Alaska and Hawaii will be sent out using the flat rate shipping box for $11.50, however if your items will not fit in the box then the cost will be the actual cost.

• We are happy to ship internationally but do not accept the responsibility for any lost or damaged shipment. We will insure all international orders and add that expense to the credit card charge, otherwise we take no responsibility for the safe delivery of orders outside of the USA.
• We ship all international orders via Global Air Mail and it takes approximately 5-7 Days (some orders may take as long as 3 weeks if they are stopped by customs). This is a very economical way to ship internationally.
• Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. We are unable to ship health supplements to Africa, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Russia, South Africa and Syria.
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If you tell us the item is a Gift, we will tag it as such
• For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim. "Herbals - for personal use only."

HEAL's SuperFood VS Dr. Schulze's Nature's SuperFood?

Thank you for your question. "Is your bulk SuperFood identical to the Schulze formula?"

Dr. Schulze shares his formulas with his students in his material, we have carefully followed all the instructions he has given on the making of SuperFood, we buy from the same companies, & use the exact same ingredients. We insist on Certified Organic or Wild Crafted ingredients for all our products. Dr. Schulze does not share the proportions on the SuperFood, instructions to us are to make it how we like it, so that is what we have done. If we go by repeat sales and bulk orders, I would have to say that people overall find it comparable to Schulze's Nature's SuperFood. If you are unsure try a 1 lb. bag before you buy the bulk 5 or 10 lb. bags. I'm sure you will find it equivalent to the SuperFood you have been using.
